Kirkmeyer sponsored multiple bills
(HB 26-1401 and SB 25-290)
to raid $85–90 million+
from the Unclaimed Property Trust Fund
money that legally belongs to Colorado citizens.

There’s over $2 billion
sitting in that fund
that should be returned to the people,
not stolen to prop up Democrat spending.

Bottoms is right
this is unethical and illegal.
