Last Friday, March 27, 2026, our team represented by our Executive Director (Zeenat Adamu) and Communications Officer (Rosemary Akpo-ga) participated in the Artvocacy Abuja convening hosted by @StreetProject1 and @Artvocacy_
The convening brought together a diverse network of young changemakers, creatives, and development actors to reimagine how young people can continue to drive systemic change in Nigeria. It created a strategic platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and cross-sector collaboration.
We commend @StreetProject1 for convening such an intentional space for young people to co-create solutions to existing challenges, and for the opportunity to talk about the work we do at @boyschampionsNG We look forward to what we can achieve collectively in advancing youth-led impact.

Climate change doesn’t affect everyone equally.
Some communities recover quickly, others are left exposed with little support.
Protection and recovery shouldn’t be a privilege.
That’s why climate justice matters.

Education shapes how people think, question systems, and imagine better possibilities. On this International Day of Education, we reaffirm our commitment to access to learning that empowers communities.

Our passion for community building has carried us through the years, showing us the power of collective voices and shared responsibility. At The Peoples Project, community remains at the heart of our work.

Why justice often feels unattainable is because the right questions aren’t asked. No problem is solved on assumption. Justice isn’t always loud, but it demands better questions and intentional action.

Happy birthday to our Digital and Media Comms Officer, @rosemary_akpoga. Thank you for the creativity, and consistency you bring to our work. We’re grateful for you and we wish you a year filled with growth and ease.
Happy birthday 🎉 🎊
Most times, what is often ignored slowly becomes what is accepted. When injustice is allowed to exist anywhere, it threatens #justice everywhere and weakens the foundations of #fairness for all. We are committed to speaking up and challenging unjust systems.
Climate change isn’t spoken about enough, yet its impact is already affecting lives and communities. At The Peoples Project, we advocate for climate justice through education and people centered solutions.

Equity simply means recognizing that people start from different places and intentionally providing the support, access, and opportunities each person needs to thrive. We believe that equity is about fairness in action and not just sameness in approach.

Who is excluded and why? These are the questions we ask every day. Today’s world demands social justice that challenges unequal systems and centers marginalized voices.
