SHAME ON KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK! Loyal customer (Savings A/c, 2 Credit Cards, 2 Personal Loans, Demat ) treated with fraud, harassment & lies.

Full story point-wise:

1️⃣ Timeline of Harassment
• Jan 22, 2026: Submitted full payment + closure request for PLs SPLN78804833 & SPLN92590619
• One loan closed quickly, the other deliberately delayed
• Charged 9 days ghost/extra interest due to bank’s internal delays
• Feb 2, 2026: Illegally deducted ₹7,371 EMI even after settlement – pure theft!

2️⃣ Staff Misconduct (Gross violation of RBI Customer Rights)
• Sagar Jena (Mob: [phone]): Used coercive tactics – “If you don’t pay extra, loan won’t close. You may go now.” Walked away mid-conversation while I was speaking. Refused help on calls/WhatsApp, said “cannot do anything.”
• Supriya Palei: Completely non-cooperative, zero accountability for wrongful charges & failed closure
• Forced to pay extra under duress to get closure – yet EMI deducted!
• Bank solely responsible for any negative CIBIL impact due to their mismanagement

3️⃣ Bank’s Lies & Silence
• 15+ emails since Jan 30, 2026 → NO formal written response
• Lied on National Consumer Helpline (Grievance 8626315): Marked “unreachable” despite my follow-ups & their own call (SR 38519158)
• Loan finally closed Feb 4, but only partial refunds:
→ ₹1,531 (9 days extra interest)
→ ₹7,790 (EMI + some interest)
• Still pending: Pro-rata insurance premium refund, detailed breakup, apology & disciplinary action on staff

4️⃣ Systemic Looting
• This is not an error – Kotak deliberately delays closures to charge extra interest & loot thousands of customers daily!
• Blatant Deficiency in Service under RBI guidelines

My Demands:
• Immediate full refund (insurance premium + all pending interest)
• Detailed written breakup of payments
• Formal written apology
• Disciplinary report/action against Sagar Jena & Supriya Palei

If not resolved in 48 hours → Escalating with all evidence to Honorable High Court, RBI Banking Ombudsman, Consumer Court & media.
