"Punishment" is necessary to ensure that criminals feel consequences for bad behavior, which motivates rehabilitation and repentance.
The two black teenagers who beat up a white boy now know that there will be no consequences for bad behavior. I predict they will be arrested within the next year for another seriously bad action.

VOTE NO PROP 50
Prop 50 insults the People of California who in 2010 voted to assign to the non-partisan California Citizens Redistricting Commission the task of drawing the Congressional Districts Map for California and end the practice of the California Legislature drawing the map.
Proposition 20, the “Voters FIRST Act for Congress” passed 61% Yes, 39% No in 2010. Proposition 20 amended the California Constitution (see Article XXI).
Gavin Newsom violated his oath of office to “bear true faith and allegiance to…the Constitution of the State of California” by authoring Proposition 50, which violates the Will of The People and nullifies sections of The Constitution of the State of California.
Proposition 50, the ”Election Rigging Response Act” will allow the Democrat-controlled California Legislature to re-draw the congressional districts map to rig elections even more in favor of Democrats.
· California has 52 members of the US Congress: 43 Democrats (83%) and 9 Republicans (17%).
· Gavin Newsom wants to reduce the number of Republican Congressional Representatives and increase the bias against the 40% of California who vote conservative.

PROPOSITION 50 proposes to amend Article XXI of the Constitution of the State of California to empower the legislature rather that the Citizens Redistricting Commission to draw the Congressional Districts Map in contradiction to the Will of The People as expressed in Proposition 20, the “Voters FIRST Act for Congress” that passed 61% Yes, 39% No in 2010. Proposition 50 nullifies the Citizens Redistricting Commission until 2031.
PROPOSITION 50 IS A GAVIN NEWSOM SCAM. “This measure shall be known, and may be cited, as the “Election Rigging Response Act” is actually an election rigging act, intended to increase the bias against the 40% of California who vote conservative in order to favor the election of Democrats to US Congress.

Proposition 50 is a Gavin Newsome vanity project intended to improve his chances of getting nominated the Democrat Candidate for President in 2028. Proposition 50 is intended to undermine President Trump, the democratically-elected President of The United States of America and more bias elections in favor of Democrats. What is the benefit of Proposition 50 to The People of California?

(l) The 2026 United States midterm elections for Congress must be conducted on a level playing field without an extreme and unfair advantage for Republicans.
Gavin Newsom and the Democrat Elites know that their unpopular policies are causing a massive shift in favor of the Republican Party in voter registration and voting. To counter this nationwide trend of increasing Republican voter registration, Gavin Newsome intends to skew the playing field in favor of Democrats using Proposition 50 to re-draw the Congressional Districts Map to more favor Democrat candidates. In 2021, the Biden-era DOJ sued Texas arguing that the map drawn after the 2020 census discriminated against Hispanics and Blacks. A judge ruled that Texas had to redraw their districts but apparently due to the Republican shift in voter registration the new map added Republican-leaning districts – the lawsuit backfired on the Democrats. Trump did not cause Texas to redistrict – the Biden DOJ was the instigator. Prop 50 is Gavin Newsom using California to compensate for the Republican shift in Texas.
