Booked a Volvo 9600S AC Sleeper from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 30 June via @redBus_in with @VkaveriTravels
The AC failed after 1hr of the start, and for the remaining 11+ hours, passengers had no AC or ventilation and had to travel in extremely shitty state. No response at all

They didn't even care about the passengers, and the shitty service from @VkaveriTravels is highly unacceptable. We need full refund @redBus_in. No proper help desk or support too, worst IVR ever experienced. We gonna complain in consumer forum, if there's no solution in 24hrs
Despite paying ₹1,700+ for an AC sleeper journey, I was offered only ₹300 after reporting the issue during the trip. The bus also skipped a proper dinner stop, and 20+ passengers were affected.
I need a full refund and appropriate action. This level of service is unacceptable

@VidadalaRajini,At MG cancer hospital in vizag,the facilities are good and the staff too. Patients are visiting from different parts of AP to get the treatment and when machinery is not workng they should be informed well and an alternative radiation machinery to be put in place.
And the funny part is i got compensated with a promo of 50 to stay calm and to wait more time (starving)..bad experience and customer service..

I've ordered food on Zomato at 12:19 PM today and the estimated delivery time is 30mins..Now it's 1:17 PM and the order has been delayed by another 30mins and no delivery partner has been assigned still..very disappointing..
