An update! Big sis got married and moved to sum place called Utah, so here will be even quieter than they are now. She might post some pics of her own cat(s) when she and her spouse are ready to get some. Fur now they gots a dog-in-law & 2 cat cuzins (pics in 🧵)

As fur cat cuzin, der r 2, but 1 is shy. This is the friendly 1 - a purebred Siberian named Makim. Sis calls him Max or Maxie

@stsweeney3 No snow where we live, but mama and dad will leave the door open to let in cool air through the screen door.
Big sis lives in snowy place now tho, might come back with prints from neighborhood cats or in-laws’ dog later.

Sis came over with grandparents. The three of us are chilling while mama shows gramma around the house - she and dad have been doing a lot of changes. Will mama’s room have wood too at the end?

Sis was pet sitting us last week. We didn’t give her too much trouble I think? At least til Sat night when we got in a fight for no reason.

Also! Sis finds it worth mentioning that it’s our birth month. We’re now two years old! Mama can hardly believe it.

Last but not least: gramma’s one and only cat ever, Muffy. He lived long enough to meet grandpa and lived with them both for a couple years. Gramma says he was part Persian, part Maltese. Big sis doesn’t know of a cat breed called Maltese tho...

All are loved & missed dearly. 🌈

Big sis heard it’s #petmemorialday so she wanted to share some pics of those who came before us. Starting with the cats who taught our mama to love cats, Tinkerbell and her litter of four. (Sis calls them the miracle litter cause 3 of the 4 were girls but all had some ginger)

Next is the first dog our sis ever knew: Kiska, a Malamute. Kissy for short. Second pic is Rufus, mama’s childhood dog. He was a Keeshond/Elkhound mix. Mama loved him so much. He once ate a whole cheese ball by himself!
