Mediocrity in any sphere of life is only due to lack of education [and of training].

Nehru held that democracy in itself is a the most appropriate system of governance but its functioning depends entirely on public participation. If masses are educated enough, they make an awakened electorate. But if masses are not educated, democracy can't survive in its truest spirit.

When Nehru talks about education with respect to the democracy, he essentially meant education about democratic behaviour, democratic culture, democratic obligation etc.

American philosopher and Nehru's contemporary John Dewey has put similar observations in his celebrated book 'Democracy and Education'.

In this book, Dewey argues that education is not merely preparation for life—it is life itself. He sees education as the process through which individuals grow, learn from experience, and become active participants in a democratic society.

Dewey believed that democracy is more than a political system; it is a way of living together based on communication, cooperation, and shared experiences. Schools should therefore function as miniature democratic communities where students learn how to think, solve problems, and work with others.

चुनाव चोरी...!

लोकतंत्र लूटा जा रहा है। संविधान के साथ सरेआम गैंगरेप हो रहा है। ऐसे में @INCIndia @RahulGandhi से बड़ा दिल दिखाने की मांग करने वाले @yadavakhilesh पिछले 20 घंटे से कहां हैं? @ECISVEEP ने @MNatarajanINC का अवैध तरीके से नामांकन रद्द करके असंवैधानिक तरीके से चुनाव ही लूट लिया। लूटी गई सीट @BJP4India के खाते मे डाल दी मगर न ही अखिलेश की पार्टी एकजुट होकर विरोध में आई और न ही अखिलेश ने एक भी आवाज उठाने की हिम्मत की। एसी कमरे और एसी गाड़ी से राजनीति करने से चुनाव नहीं जीत पाओगे।

आज @INCMP के साथ अन्याय हुआ है तो कल दूसरी पार्टियों के साथ होगा। अगर कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया नहीं आती और संयुक्त लड़ाई के जरिए चेताने के बजाय गर्मी बहुत है, वाले अंदाज में बैठे रहे तो 2027 भी सपना ही रह जाएगा।
राहुल गांधी की मेहनत में हिस्सा नहीं मुनाफे में बंटा लेने की नीति सभी को खत्म करेगी।

कांग्रेस शासित तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री श्री रेवंत रेड्डी ने एक सभा में कहा कि उनके द्वारा गठित हाइड्रा हैदराबाद में अवैध निर्माणों के विरुद्ध बहुत सक्रिय है। उन्होंने कहा कि हाइड्रा के गठन में उनको हिटलर से प्रेरणा मिलती है।
