For example fireworks. I love fireworks, but I'm not able to run out to the store and purchase what one might use at a parade.

Do you really need a fully automatic weapon capable of murdering hundred of people within a matter of minutes? If so why? There are plenty of other hobbies out there.

Require training and testing in order to legally obtain the higher capacity mags. Or better yet, proof that it's a necessity for their particular lifestyle.
