@nationalrailenq No, I have downloaded a ticket into the device’s wallet, usually just accessing tickets from the operator apps, but I also have not booked a ticket for travel tomorrow at all which is where part of the confusion came from.

I want to ask if there is any way to get compensation for a ticket that was purchased for a connecting train thanks to the cancellation then reinstatement of one of your services?

The train in question is the service that departs from Edinburgh at 16:52 -

no longer was an issue. This now means that I have tickets to Edinburgh that I cannot get refunded.

Is there anyway these tickets can be compensated for or is this something I need to discuss with the operator that these tickets are for?

And was done this morning after discussions about what to do. So the tickets were purchased at 11:00 since nothing had been said about the reinstatement of the 16:52 service.

However at 12:39, I was informed that this service was running once more and the crew shortage -

I’ve been trying to make adjustments to my journey before my travel tomorrow

The journey is Dundee to Edinburgh (Waverley) departing at 15:10. I am trying to change it 16:07 departure but everytime I put in the required details, the service fails

Is there any chance of getting a delay refund on my ticket as I have failed to get my connection thanks to the rail replacement driver getting lost and at one point heading back towards barrow?

So I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m a race last night I had my controls suddenly unassign themselves not once but twice within a matter of seconds. I have got my base up to date I believe so why is this happening?
