Signs of abuse can be difficult to detect from the seemingly trivial act of not treating someone with dignity and respect to something much more extreme.

During the pandemic to date, I have left this account dormant. With my role across Rotherham and Barnsley now substantive, I’m going to have a single Twitter account covering both roles. This account will close and my active account will be @RothBarnsNHSCEO.
Today I saw this picture from last nights team. I am totally overwhelmed how they are adjusting to these difficult situations and still smile 😊 one very very proud Matron that is part of such an awesome team 😘
I have felt very proud of the teams @RotherhamNHS_FT and @barnshospital this week. I'm sure this will be the same across the NHS. The commitment and professionalism shown in preparing for the coming challenge of Covid 19 has been remarkable. Thank you to teams across both Trusts
Reflections of the week;
We have truly amazing teams
We have robust plans for Covid 19
We have worked with professionalism, care ,compassion and adaptability Thank you @MedicineCSU @TRFTCEO
@markhil75770073 @MedicineCSU @angelawooduk It's been a very impressive turn around from Thursday and we need to keep the effort going over the next few weeks. Over the coming months we will be looking at how we improve our systems so staff don't have to go the extra mile so often. Thanks for everyone's work this week.
Day 1 at TRFT and feel a bit like a child starting a new school! I'm meeting one of the Divisions at 08:30 and then walking the site to meet as many of my new colleagues as possible. Cup of tea scheduled with the finance team for later - I was bribed with the offer of biscuits.
This is a really clear explanation of why good coding is important and requires real expertise to do well. Not a well known part of the NHS but important to help us know how we're doing.
@markhil75770073 Thanks Mark. Great to hear from you and your colleagues about the services in medicine. I look forward to working with you over the next year.
I had a great day today. Met lots of interesting people, not least from medicine and the women's service. Last week they met HRH Princess Anne 🥳 and today they met me 🤔. I'm sure she was impressed - I certainly was. Thank you @JuneLovett4 and your team.
