Javid Ridgeway ran 4:21 to get the last wild card spot for the NJ Meet of Champs. Skipped Prom to run this race.

Connor Bennett placed 10th in the Pole Vault and made MOCs

Freshman Jalen Ridgeway ran 1:57.9 and missed MOCs by 0.4 seconds

Also, a shout out goes to Senior Connor Sauers, our 400m runner, who decided to go out and try his hand at the 1600m. He ran 4:49 tonight, not too shabby for a sprinter

Big night at the Holmdel Twilight meet highlighted by big PRs from Diego Rodriguez (4:43), John Keklak (4:37), Gustavo Gomero (5:11), Jimmy Klalo (4:49). 16 out of 21 athletes set Personal Bests tonight!

The Holmdel Twilight Night of 1600s was capped off by a huge race by Javid Ridgeway who finished 4th in the Invitational heat with a time of 4:16.72.

This places him 2nd All-Time in TR North history and 11th in NJ this year.

Busy weekend at the 2019 Penn Relays has come to an end. Solid results to build off of going into the second half of the season.

4x800 ran 8:02.46 and the 4x100 ran 44.69 despite periods of heavy rain during the warmups and weather delays

The Bennett brothers went 1 and 3 in the Pole Vault

Jarrod Pruitt and Jordan Grey both cleared 5-8 in High Jump. Pruitt also placed in Triple Jump with a 39-10. Grey won the 400H and placed 2nd in the 110H

Javid Ridgeway won both the 1600 and 3200 and Mark Koerner placed second in both events as well.

Connor Sauers and Jalen Ridgeway went 1-2 in the 400 and were members of the winning 4x400 relay

TRN TF improved to 5-0 in A-South with a 107-33 victory vs Central and a 88-52 victory vs Southern.
