Hi @realmecareIN @GyanTherapy @AmreliaRuhez i recently placed an order with 10000 coin and 150 cash on 11th sept and it was accepted same day. However I've notice that it has been automatically cancelled on 20th sept without any notice. Can you please assist me with this issue?

@realmecareIN It’s happened 2time, I ordered something in discount and you guys without any notification cancelled it. Sir I don’t have problem with refund but problem with cancellation policy you should give me a chance to reorder it with same price

@MadhavSheth1 @realmemobiles My expectations from realme was too high ... But 2 days ago I brought I new phone (realme xt) .. now that phone is not working n also switch off .. I put it on charger still I don't get any response ... That's how you guys make poor people fool😠😠😠
