That triggers privacy duties and AI governance obligations. It is not just about the output. It is about how data is handled, stored, and explained to users.#AIGovernance#NDPA#DataPrivacy
The recent trend of asking AI to create caricatures from your face looks fun, but it raises real issues.Uploading images and prompts means data is being processed.
Data breaches are not always cyber attacks.Sometimes, they start with a piece of paper.Personal data does not stop being protected because it feels trivial or temporary. The moment information is collected, even in handwriting, legal duties attach. #DataProtection#NDPA2023

Keep all screenshots and messages as evidence.
Block and report the individual on all platforms.
Speak to a trusted adult, lawyer, or support group.
Cyberbullying is not a trivial matter. In Nigeria, the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015 criminalizes online threats, stalking, and harassment.
If you’re a victim, you have rights. There are penalties for offenders — including fines and jail time.
The law’s stand on this issue is simple: Reporting it is essential. Documenting it must be done. Action must be taken.
