@bsnl_care For electricity complaints,PRI lines used for 1912 but only BSNL consumers are able to contact 1912 call centre, because the calls of other private telecom consumers not getting connected on 1912, public gathering increased at office, there is lot of chaos and anger to be faced.
Due to a technical issue in #BSNL telecom line services, the 1912 helpline as well as other helpline numbers are currently not operational. Services will be restored as soon as BSNL resolves the issue.
Consumers can lodged their complaints through other social media options.

Tripura’s big step towards clean energy !
TSECL, along with the State Govt and ADB, has launched a rooftop solar initiative for households using less than 50 units of electricity per month.
Around 1.5 lakh families have been identified. Under the scheme, families will contribute just Rs 1,000 and receive heavily subsidized solar systems.

Launch of the Rooftop Solar PV Systems Handbook on Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance under the training program on O&M of Solar PV systems.
The handbook was inaugurated by Hon’ble Power Minister of Tripura, Shri @RatanLalNath1
A key meeting was held today at the TIFT Conf Hall in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister Prof @DrManikSaha2 with Hon’ble Power Min. @RatanLalNath1 and power department officials, focusing on timely implementation of projects to strengthen power supply and improve electricity
@subhamdas919@1912 AD nagar area work is going on by engaging Agency for power restoration.
2 nos transformers damaged , 4 nos HT/ LT Steel pole broken , 4 nos PCC pole broken with about 5 KM of conductor damaged) during storm & rainfall.
Due to the severe storm by today, electrical infrastructure has been damaged at several locations. Restoration work is in progress on a war footing; but it may take longer than usual to restore power supply.
