Found out there was a seminar by Patrick McCarthy, unpacked gi and did the seminar

Met Patrick and got a book signed, great seminar thanks for letting me join in 👊

Managed to get a private session with Hokama Sensei whilst in Okinawa

Got thanked as taught him the term “Body Mechanics” which he’d never heard of but he loved it and will help him explain in future teaching

It was an amazing experience, hoping to catch up with him next time
