TSWI committee members Andy and Vero have created an asynchronous workshop for trans and non-binary plant parents to learn about caring for and building relationships with our plants. (Link in thread!)
The first 30 trans and non-binary students who register will also receive a *free* plant (!!) from our partner @paraisoplantstudio. How exciting!! Any plant lovers (trans and cis) can register and receive the workshop link.
Get your care packages! 📦📦📦 💕 Our team is excited to close out this semester with an offer for our Black trans and non-binary peers and siblings of some love through care packages.
Our care package options include a variety of cool and soothing gifts we hope tend to your needs and wellness. If you’d like to sign up for a package, use the link in our bio to register! Make sure to all share this with friends and community. 🏳️⚧️

NEW: Did you like the art we released last week??? Well! As we just announced at MCC’s virtual People’s Potluck tonight, TSWI is excited to offer a FREE art mailing to UC Berkeley students and community.
You know if campus was open we’d have a fabulous art exhibit with our people and good food. Keeping safe distance, we’re sending the art (AND FOOD) to home to you! That’s right. To receive free poster prints and stickers of our collection..
Thank you to all three of our artists whose work has uplifted our visions of what trans wellness can look like. Check out our #transwellness art collection in this thread and follow+support these talented community artists!

This summer, we worked with three trans + nonbinary artists to create pieces of art that we felt would invite our community on campus to take a moment of healing for ourselves amidst global chaos.

On the contrary, we survive in order to prosper as individuals, as a community, and as an idea. We survive today to thrive tomorrow. Not only will we thrive, so will those who come after. So here is to not forgetting why it's worth it.
This beautiful piece by Amir offers a look into the unbreakable relationships between trans women and fems, and into the moments we take for ourselves to replenish, enjoy and be well.
Tune in tomorrow afternoon for our last art drop with @art_twink!
