My thoughts go out to Tulsi Gabbard and her family, as her husband battles this serious health problem. I hope and pray that he makes a speedy and full recovery.
While the circumstances around her departure are deserving of our sympathy, let’s be clear: Tulsi Gabbard’s only positive contribution to our nation's national security is her resignation.
She politicized intelligence. She dismantled critical agencies keeping Americans safe. She weaponized the IC to pursue baseless election fraud claims. And more.
We must ensure that her tenure — marked by a devotion to the person of the president and not to the security of the country — represents a terrible exception at DNI and not the new normal.
"I think there is a real shot, that we see the Dallas Cowboys playing on championship Sunday for the first time in 30 years"
@AdamSchein believes we may be heading into a Rams-Cowboys NFC Championship game
The fall of Swalwell was astonishing, like it was pre-packaged and ready to go. The way the New York Times keeps running obituaries on file during famous people’s lifetimes. It almost felt like a scam, like the Trump bogus impeachments.
Which, of course, would be poetic justice.
Michigan is really good and destroyed Tennessee today. Three straight Elite 8’s is a great run for Vols. Big UT boosters & administration have a decision to make — how much money are they willing to give Rick Barnes to give him a truly elite roster?
The left is furious after learning President Trump moved Obama’s White House portrait from a place of prominence to the stairwell.
Where would you have moved the picture? 🚽💩😁
Alabama’s Aden Holloway has been arrested with a pound of weed in his apartment. Holloway is the second leading scorer on the team. I’m sure noted disciplinarian Nate Oats will levy a severe punishment.
The Epstein victims were paid over $100 million in civil damages. While everyone is focused on the release of the files, why can’t these women just publicly name the people they say assaulted them and haven’t been charged with crimes? Seems like the clear solution here.
@piersmorgan. If only u guys had any power. Of course you guys are for the most part giant pussies. If you had any power your strategy might work. But of course you don’t.
Britain should repurchase America. After all, it was ours once, and it would enhance our North Atlantic security. If you don’t sell it to us, President Trump, we’re going to impose tariffs on the U.S. and any country who supports you in resisting this very good deal. Fair?
The transfer portal is also a big part of this, clearly, but the transfer portal is really just unregulated NIL. That is, the money is the motivation for moving. I suspect Nick Saban saw all of this coming and it’s why he retired.
@claytravis. It’s obvious. You have to look no further than the Sec conference itself. Vandy was a doormat for years. Now pretty good. Why? Because paying players is now officially legal. The days where Bama auburn LSU and Georgia were the only games in town is over. That’s why it was ridiculous that a 3 loss Bama team was in this playoff. As an ND fan I didn’t have a gripe with Miami. But bama and Oklahoma weren’t ready for prime time. And the sec has proven in post season play just how inept they were.
The SEC has not had a team in the title game for three straight years. I think the only hypothesis that makes sense for why this would be is NIL has more evenly distributed talent now that everyone pays players. Open to other arguments, but I think this is the reason. Fire away.
