It’s time to exit

The most exciting moment with maximum focus on your task. There is the point of no return when you did the exit. This is an outstanding psychological situation.

You can use this time to review your previous jump and prepare for the next one. This time is valuable in every sports and is often underestimated. Automatisms are prepared in your mind.

As in any #sports it’s not just about the exercise itself, but also about the preparation and follow-up work.
In #skydiving , for example, you have to pack your #parachute carefully after every jump.
It reminds me of picking up the hammer after every throw.
