@davidjubb That's one way, but you know there's an inherent problem in that people will continue with tick box activity lip/service to meet requirement/conditions put in place - seen it happen one too many times. This change is painstakingly slow and not beneficial for anyone

Put it in all the business plans you like, but the ingrained institutional biased and fear of the "other" to be mainstream and be "allowed" a seat at the top is horrifying and not much has changed in the 10yrs I was part of the industry!
