@sampilger Because last season we had spells where we’d go 3 almost 4 weeks without a game. This season we are playing more games, players are being given extra days off and low intensity training sessions which goes to show with how unfit they look out on the pitch.

@SwedishRumble @Altgthr I think the problem is we’ve got so many options now in midfield. Out of the league cup already so I struggle to see when Santos will get games - and he cost us £50 million. If he was £15/20 million wouldn’t be as bothered. Money would have been better spent in other areas.

@Altgthr I saw people at the time saying what great business it was and surprised Chelsea sold him. Chelsea got him for £15 million and apart from mostly off the bench, hardly played for them. Then they sell him for £50 million. It’s very good business for them.
