Unfortunately, the working world and lives of the young female players we have signed on don’t have the same flexibility (within x5 working days) to alter their part-time jobs that require longer than x5 days to get them off work

7-0 loss today, fantastic as only had x8 players due to only being given x6 days notice of fixture change! Issue having 80% of the team as U18, they get work shifts at a wkend & cannot change them with such short notice! All that made it were fab!
