The parallels between Azerbaijan and Ukraine begin and end with one word - Moscow. For years, the Minsk Group worked around the Karabakh conflict, dragging out the conflict without resolving anything.

Azerbaijan was the first to demonstrate that when diplomacy fails like this, other methods have to be used.

For the past ten years, at Russian victory parades, T-34 tanks have carried slogans such as “To Warsaw,” “To Berlin,” “To Vienna,” “To Bucharest,” and “To Budapest.” They want to be at war with someone every day.

More than 40% of Russia’s budget already goes toward the war. The National Wealth Fund, which took nearly 12 years to build, has been almost exhausted. In roughly five Russian regions, energy prices have nearly doubled in just a month and a half.

Putin is supported, roughly speaking, by 140 million little Putins - ordinary Russians. Most of them do not think much about it, although voices opposing the war are beginning to emerge.

There is almost no room for compromise. Golda Meir, who was born in Kyiv and later became prime minister of Israel, said: “They want to kill us. We want to live.” What kind of compromise can there be?

I am encouraged that Europe has fundamentally reconsidered its policies over the past two or three years. The approach of the Schröder and Merkel era, which allowed Putinism to grow stronger, is no longer popular in Europe and has no future.

Look at the map of Russia, from Kolyma to the Solovki - that land is strewn with Ukrainian bones. Russia can rightly be called a prison holding 160 nations.

Each of these 160 nations - Bashkirs, Tatars, and dozens of others - has its own language, religion, and culture, and should have its own heroes. Why are they forced to honor Pavlik Morozov, the Soviet schoolboy whom propaganda turned into a hero for denouncing his own father, or Ulyanov, or Stalin, who had never even been there?

Steve Witkoff @SteveWitkoff and Jared Kushner @jaredkushner have left Kyiv, Ukraine after meeting with @ZelenskyyUa today.

Notice they arrived and left on train because while they were in Moscow yesterday, Putin and Russia bombed the airport in Ukraine that Kushner and Witkoff were supposed to fly into during the fake 72 hour ceasefire of drones for “peace talks”.

Russia deliberately disrupted a US delegation as a power move while the US negotiators were in Moscow.

Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are in Moscow, Russia They just arrived for more “peace talks” despite the fact that Putin is aiding the Iranians in killing US soldiers.

Meanwhile, Russia continues to pummel Ukraine with ballistic missiles and shows no sign of stopping anytime soon. Everyday, Ukrainian civilians are slaughtered and Putin has shown no good faith in ending the war.

@ZelenskyyUa has offered to travel to the US to sign a peace deal to end the war, but Putin continues his aggression against Ukraine and his support for the Islamic regime of Iran despite pretending to support President Trump.

This comes as we were told Trump administration officials would be traveling to Kyiv, Ukraine weeks ago.

Russia is still holding 10 Amercians hostage as well.

We should stop pretending like Russia isn’t a terrorist state.

It was from Russia that the first missiles and the first drones came, and they crossed our country’s border from Russian airspace. This escalation cannot and will not remain confined to Ukrainian territory.

Today, we want to warn every airline that uses Russian airspace, every insurer, and everyone who still uses Russia’s key airports: Russian airspace is becoming completely unsafe. Ukraine does not threaten civilian aviation as such – not a single civilian aircraft. There will simply be drones in Russia’s skies on a scale that has to be taken into account. Although the Russian authorities are not properly informing people about this, Russian airspace will effectively be closing – the war started by Russia is closing its skies.

We in Ukraine do not want innocent lives to be lost. That is why we are warning our partners: the safe days in Russia’s skies are over. It is important that this is heard by the ambassadors of countries represented here in Ukraine, as well as by ambassadors working in Moscow. Every one of them knows exactly what Russia’s war means for our country and our people, and they must convey this information to their capitals. It is important that the airlines currently flying to airports primarily in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other key destinations in Russia hear this as well.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and our other institutions will provide international organizations with full information about the dangers in Russian airspace. Drone-infested skies are no place for civilian aviation.

A report from Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Oleh Ivashchenko. Our military intelligence has established that, according to internal Russian documents, certain categories of exports from the aggressor state have already fallen by 80% this month alone. These are significant losses for Russia’s federal budget, as well as for regional budgets that were already on the verge of bankruptcy as it was. The Russian side acknowledges that the ships of its Black Sea fleet are basically blocked in Novorossiysk as a result of our drone strikes and are unable to operate at sea. The Russian leadership cannot find a way out of this situation.

Since the Russian fleet is unable to convoy commercial vessels and the shadow fleet entering the relevant ports, among the solutions considered are equipping civilian vessels with small arms, electronic warfare systems, and military personnel. We will prepare appropriate response measures to Russia’s militarization of shipping.

Military intelligence confirms the high effectiveness of our deep strikes, particularly against Russian military production facilities and oil industry sites. According to the available data, based on information from the Russian side itself, after a series of our long-range sanctions against the Kamensky Plant in the Rostov region, the Russians lost a significant share of their capacity to produce solid-fuel rocket engines. We will continue this long-range work.

We now also have updated data on Russia’s production of ballistic missiles and its plans to scale up that production. We will counter this, and it is important that there be corresponding sanctions support in the world’s major jurisdictions. All supplies of components, equipment, and machine tools that Russia uses to manufacture missiles must be completely blocked. And this is also the responsibility of our partners – without foreign components, the Russians are unable to implement a single element of their missile program.

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine also has evidence that operations have stopped at one of Russia’s largest oil refineries in Kstovo, in the Nizhny Novgorod region, which processed 17 million tonnes of oil annually, as well as at other oil refining facilities.
