@AneurinBevanUHB since the Grange has opened your A&E is a joke. 6 year old granddaughter cut lip. Went to royal gwent stayed there for an hour and half only to be told to go to the Grange. Thought the gwent was for minors. She still there waiting to be seen. 🤬🤬
