@Groupon_UK I’ve done all of this on Facebook. I sent all of the details and the person dealing with it has told me I need to contact the hotel via email and send screenshots. I’m not doing your job for you! People have been turning up to a closed hotel and have lost money!

@FedExHelpEU all I want to do is pay the fees! The link I was sent doesn’t work and your phone lines are a joke! Constantly cut off after being on hold! The one time I did speak to someone they cut me off also! Disgusting customer service! Thieves!

@MuscleFoodUK Whilst I was looking for contact details for you online I came across lots of posts from people in the same position as me. Some had been waiting over a month and still no food, refund or response. There is clearly a problem. You just aren’t willing to admit there is.
