A large percentage of GTA on the PC is playing FiveM, e&e is (afaik) on a newer version of the engine, this would demolish basically any sort of mods

@AnthonyTewtow11 ↑ this. It's clear they are rushing stuff to get done. He's genuinely a good guy and I'd bet if given the proper time he could make really good quality stuff, he's just not. Rushed / incomplete work seems to be how EVH is gonna be which isn't shocking given management of it
