@MissHabberfield Sounds good 👏 focus on the aspects you want and can change, giving them some sense of achievement. PE kit, extra-curricular, curriculum, events, displays.
Also be great if the sports leaders can feed into the whole school council process.
@tombrush1982 Pros and cons for both options. Most have single sex classes to enable sports and activities focus and as they get older it is more beneficial.
Mixed ability single sex classes the way forward to more progress IMO
