Monday Morning 💭
To procrastinate is to be entitled. It is arrogant. It assumes there will be a later. It assumes you'll have the discipline to get to it later (despite not having the discipline now).
Tobin Anderson isn’t naive to the reality that his name will always be associated with his team’s upset of Purdue. He wants to be known for more, though. He wants to accomplish more.
“That’s why we have to do something else special.”

Monday Morning 💭
The best leaders turn presence into trust, trust into influence, and influence into a culture that holds even when they're not in the room.
To my guys,
Today is bigger than basketball.
You walked across that stage as graduates, and nothing will ever top the pride I feel for each of you. Over the years, we celebrated championships, cut down nets, and built a program together. Four regular season championships. Two conference tournament championships. Countless memories that will stay with us forever.
But the greatest accomplishment was never the trophies.
It was the commitment you showed every single day to becoming better students, teammates, leaders, and people. The banners will hang in the gym, but your degrees will open doors for the rest of your lives. That is the real legacy.
Five degrees. Five lives forever changed.
Thank you for the sacrifices, the early mornings, the tough practices, the trust, the resilience, and the love you poured into this program. You gave everything to your teammates and represented our school with pride and class.
I hope you always remember that what made this group special was not just the winning, it was the bond, the culture, and the way you carried yourselves through every challenge and every success together.
No matter where life takes you next, you will always be family.
Congratulations, graduates. I could not be more proud to have coached you.
Love always, Coach P
