Héctor Bellerín: “Since I knew the friendly got announced, I’ve been counting down the days! I spent 10 years there, always trying to help & see Arsenal where it belongs & it’s nice to finally face them being in that position.” ❤️🇪🇸

@UnitedStandMUFC I have gone off Goldbridge a bit since he teamed up with GNev but I must say, his take on ManU players is spot on. I cant see ManU finishing above 4th as Arsenal, City & Liverpool will take top 3. With Europe distracting them, the league will not be as easy for Carrick n co
@AdamJoseph Tielemans is a steal at £35m, but if he didnt have his release clause Villa would have slapped an £70-80m price tag on his head in this market. He will definitely elevate ManUre midfield and be a great (more mobile) replacement for Casimiero

So after days of posturing, attacking Arsenal’s negotiating strategy, claiming it would cost the same as Tonali, insisting it would take £80m just to get Newcastle to the table, and saying using intermediaries could blow the whole deal…
Arsenal agree a £75m flat fee. 😂
It just goes to show that so many transfer “truths” are nothing more than noise. Patience is a virtue.
Fair play to the Arsenal fans who stayed calm and trusted their club. Imagine panicking, paying £20–25m more just to get a deal done a few weeks earlier, and then calling it ambition. That’s not ambition, that’s poor negotiation and a waste of resources.
That kind of unnecessary spending is exactly how clubs create long-term financial problems. Good negotiation should be applauded, not criticised.
🚨 Arsenal nearing total agreement with Newcastle United to sign Bruno Guimaraes. Desire among all parties to bring situation to close + deal now on course for completion - 28yo awaiting #NUFC permission to undergo medical & seal #AFC switch @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/FA65Uh0Nfr
One can seriously question if there was even a bid placed yesterday? Maybe it is the friends we made along the way.
It was Newcastle doing the “oooo look at how we dont want to sell our captain”
PR and Optics of this circus.
See you at the finish line Arsenal fans.
