Now that’s what community is about.

Memecoins are for the culture and the web3 culture must be grown. It is ok to make money, but it is much more important to add value. Even if that means working for free or distributing tokens to others, or burning the earnings.

The world have changed a lot since COVID, but communities matter, culture matters.

The game is about growing the value, building the diamond dams, adding more to it, and making it great and fun. It is a game, not?

Over the weekend, a situation has unfolded that has caught the attention of many, with only bits and pieces of information.

We want to clear the noise and get back to put #BoberOnTop!

To set the stage, our developer has put $30k out of his own pocket and the $BOBER team has been working pro-bono for 2 weeks.

All with one goal in mind: to break out of the bubble and expand our ecosystem.

We asked all community members & builders to join our movement. Some answered the call, others didn’t. And that’s completely fine.

However, we did not expect them to undermine the mission. Knowingly or unknowingly.

Some builders used bots at launch and treated Bober as a mere memecoin. Which, in all fairness, is true. And we can accept that from normal users, but not from those that are supposed to understand the web3 culture & the higher goal.

We hope that all of our actions made it clear that, for us, it’s way more than a memecoin. It’s a movement to which we’ve dedicated tons of resources. With absolutely no expectations of profit, revenue, or any other type of benefits.

The actions of the said builders were damaging, more than anything, the community.

Regardless of being wrong or right, as we’re not the judge of that, the actions were hurting each individual holder & our main goal.

For now, the situation has concluded and they've taken steps towards supporting $BOBER holders. We’ve also removed all token proprieties, including the ownership, to make Bober completely decentralized.

We want to put this behind us and continue our mission together. Everyone has learned something from this experience and that will only drive us forward.

We have so many upcoming things in the works:

🔹 content campaigns on multiple platforms
🔹 unlocking the schizo bober narrative
🔹 different partnerships
🔹 community spaces

and MORE.

We have a common goal. A common mission. The community held strong during these uncertain times, which goes to show that our foundation is strong.

I've been using @MultiversX for a few days now, here is my noob take:

- The community is outstanding. Full of welcoming & generous people.

- xPortal is arguably the best wallet in crypto. You can access the whole ecosystem with ease either from your phone or laptop. The social aspect of the wallet is truly unique.

- The major NFT marketplaces are clean, as with all chains, volume and activity is down.

- Transactions are smooth and quick. The ability to send crypto using someone's X username is very innovative.

- $EGLD is 74th by MC at the time of writing. I can easily see 10x potential here
