PS: it would be much better if we focused our energy to getting mad at each other to getting mad at literally any facet of the trans oppression system, like, literally any part, i don’t care which, just try to see if there’s people you can organize with to help your siblings
as a trans person i think the oppression olympics happening seemingly daily between trans women and men on here is incredibly stupid, but also if anyone took more than five seconds to actually think about it you’d realize that the way either group faces oppression is different-
and you really should, even if it’s just more time into your hobbies, that’s better for you and society if we’re not constantly infighting about who’s “actually the most oppressed”
@wastedsom@NoiseTheology@yuiznerd i’ve only played brawl (1v1 commander, sort of) on Arena but yeah i get it, it primarily reminds me of when i went against an Etali deck that kept making token copies of Etali and got roped me when i was obviously beating them because my commander was Kambal, Profiteering Mayor
@NoiseTheology@yuiznerd as someone who has yet(?) to experience playing EDH someone being upset about a turn 7 or 8 game win is so funny
i get they’re upset about how you won the game but still comical

especially with sets like TMNT and Marvel which simply don’t fit into magic’s setting. games becoming the “fortnite of the genre” is not a good thing, and it should never be regarded as such
appealing to potentially new players instead of core players is something that simply doesn’t work out long term for any IP, obviously you can appeal to both but with this year having more UB than UW sets it becomes painfully obvious that’s NOT what Hasbro is trying to do
