वकील के जिरह पर :- जाति की पूरी व्यवस्था आपने ब्राह्मणों पर मढ़ कर समाज में नफरत घोल दी है, क्या मुस्लिमों की जातियां भी ब्राह्मणों ने बनाई है? ईसाई में जातियां भी ब्राह्मणों की दें है? बौद्ध, सिख, जैन क्या सभी की जातियां ब्राह्मणों ने बनाई है? अगर ब्राह्मणों की जातियों से इतनी दिक्कत है तो आज ही अपने नाम से जाती हटा लीजिये ( #suprimeCaurt ) कौन आपको रोकेगा? कौन आपको अपने नाम के आगे जाति लगाने के लिए विवश कर रहा है?

स्टे देते समय :- अगर एक समाज खुद को IAS, IPS, CJI, President, PM बनकर भी खुद को शोषित ही रख���ा चाहता है तो इसमें गलती ब्राह्मणों की नहीं बल्कि उसकी अपनी मानसिकता की है ।

अद्भुत दृश्य था कोर्ट में , दलील और समर्थन पक्ष के लोगो के चेहरे से हवाईया उड़ी थी ।

did my https://t.co/zANOEvvHvH at IIT Bombay and my PhD at IIT Delhi. I've been a professor for 14 years now. In 22 years of watching the IIT/IIIT system closely, I have never once witnessed a teacher discriminate against a student on the basis of caste.

During my https://t.co/zANOEvvHvH, most of us had no idea what caste our batchmates belonged to. Many of my close friends were SC/ST. We never discussed it. It never entered any conversation or decision. Not once. Our exposure to the humanities department was limited, though — the term "Brahmanical patriarchy" didn't even exist back then.

As a teacher, I don't ask a student's name before solving their doubt. Often I don't know their name at all — some of my classes have 300+ students. We treat them all the same. So does every colleague I know. So did every professor who taught me.

Social media has now filled vulnerable students' heads with a lot of manufactured grievance about caste discrimination that, in my experience, doesn't exist.

साहिल ने बाद में आत्महत्या कर ली। माँ-बाप ने पोस्टमार्टम के बाद भी शव नहीं लिया क्योंकि उन्हें न्याय चाहिए। न्याय पाने के ल��ए उन्होंने मोदी एक्ट की धाराएँ लगवा दीं प्रोफेसर पर।

एक लड़का आरक्षण से IIT पहुँचा। कम नंबर न आए, इसलिए चोरी कर रहा था। वह टॉपर बनना चाह रहा था। पर एक मनुवादी शिक्षक ने उसे कॉलेज के कानून बताए, सस्पेंड किया भी नहीं। उसने आत्महत्या कर ली।

क्या एक दलित को फोन ले जाने अनुमति नहीं होनी ��ाहिए? क्या ऐतिहासिक प्रताड़ना के कारण उसको ओपन मोबाइल परीक्षा देने की अनुमति नहीं होनी चाहिए?

आज एक ब्राइट स्टूडेंट, जो जेट इंजन बना सकता था AI से पूछ कर, हमारे बीच इसलिए नहीं रहा क्योंकि उससे पहले ही चरण में रोक लिया गया। मोदी एक्ट इसीलिए बना ही है।

प्रोफेसर को फाँसी होनी चाहिए।

स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज की जमानत अर्जी पर सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने पुलिस से पूछा कि क्या आरोपी ने जातिसूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल किया था झड़प के दौरान..

पुलिस का जवाब था- पहले जब कंप्लेंट की गई थी तब शिकायतकर्ता ने जातिसूचक शब्द इस्तेमाल करने का आरोप नहीं लगाया था। बाद में दूसरी बार जब बयान हुआ तो जातिसूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल का आरोप लगाया इसलिए स्वतंत्र पर SC/ST एक्ट लगा दिया गया।

क्या ये संभव है कि शिकायतकर्ता को ��ूरी घटना याद रही लेकिन जातिसूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल भी हुआ था ये याद आने में 70 दिन लग गए?

अभी तक जितने वीडियो आए हैं उनमें से किसी में जातिसूचक शब्दों के इस्तेमाल का ऑडियो सुनाई दिया है क्या?

लेकिन कोई कुछ नहीं कहेगा.. SC/ST एक्ट के गलत इस्तेमाल पर कोई चर्चा नहीं होगी इस देश में। और SC/ST एक्ट लगवाने वाला भले खुद वीडियो में पीटता दिख रहा हो लेकिन उसपर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होगी। भले वो वीडियो में खुद मान ��हा हो कि उसने हालत बुरी कर दी थी लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होगी।

गजबे है। और ये गजबे है चलता रहेगा, खत्म ना होनेवाला।

स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज ने गलत किया तो 70 दिन बाद भी SC/ST लगा दिया जाएगा और वो जेल जाएगा लेकिन उसको पीटनेवाले वीडियो में दिख रहे हैं पर उनपर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होगी।

अजीत भारती को गाली देनेवाले का बाल भी बांका नहीं होगा लेकिन अजीत के जवाब पर SC/ST एक्ट भी लगेगा और उसको एंटीसिपेटरी बेल भी नहीं मिलेगी।

ये सिर्फ द��� उदाहरण नहीं हैं.. यही आज की डेट में हमारे समाज की सच्चाई है।
सवाल बस इतना है कि जब किसी के गलत पर होनेवाला कानूनी एक्शन उसकी जाति देखकर होता है तो वो प्रक्रिया बटेंगे तो कटेंगे की कैटेगरी में आती है या नहीं?

जब देश की व्यवस्था ही हमें एक नहीं मान रही तो काहे का एक हैं तो सेफ हैं फिर? आज कोई और है.. कल को हममें से कोई होगा। बस अपनी बारी का इंतजार कीजिए।
