VALUATION: Trading at 29.31x P/E, a steep discount to its 59.37x median. A 2028 Fwd P/E of 16.66x and 0.48 PEG suggest the market is pricing in a massive slowdown not seen in the data.

QUALITY: World-class efficiency with 97.14% ROIC. Operating Margins expanded to 63.17%, proving absolute pricing power and a dominant competitive moat.

SAFETY: Fortress balance sheet with 0.08x Debt/Equity and 4.47 Current Ratio. While Cash Conversion is 0.83x, the $130B+ revenue base provides a massive safety cushion.

GROWTH: Revenue is projected to surge from $130.5B (2024) to $457.3B by 2028, with EPS expected to nearly quadruple to $11.18.

THESIS: $UPS - Income BUY

VALUATION: Trading at 15.6x P/E, below its median of 18.7x. The stock is priced for a recession, with a P/S Ratio of 0.96—meaning you pay less than $1 for every $1 of revenue.

QUALITY: Margins have compressed significantly. Operating Margin is 10.0% (down from ~13% in 2021), and ROIC fell to 13.1%. This confirms the business is in a cyclical downturn.

SAFETY: CRITICAL WARNING: The Payout Ratio is 96.4%, which looks dangerous. However, the Cash Conversion of 1.54x saves the day. Real cash flow is much higher than reported profit, covering the massive 6.52% Dividend Yield.

GROWTH: Currently stagnant. Revenue is projected to dip to ~$88B in 2025/26 before recovering to $91B by 2027. This is not a growth story; it is a stabilization story.

VALUATION: Trading at 10.4x P/E, but WARNING: This is distorted by one-time gains. The FWD P/E (2028) of 15.4x is actually higher, confirming the stock is not as cheap as the headline suggests.

QUALITY: The turnaround is real. ROIC hit 49.4%, and Operating Margins are solid at 11.9%. Note: Net Margin (49%) is inflated compared to Operating Margin; rely on the Operating number.

SAFETY: WARNING SIGN: Cash Conversion is 0.54x. Reported Net Income ($16.6B) is nearly double the actual Cash Flow ($8.9B). The business is safe (0.43x D/E), but the "Earnings" number is noisy.

VERDICT: HOLD. Buy for stability and the 40%+ ROIC, not a quick flip.
