@zvaughn2712 Absolutely if it wasn't for 17, there isn't precedent for a full house cleaning, there is quite a few examples of can't get over the hump with successful coach. New blood brings in success. Now there also examples where it all collapses but I feel like the talent in key spots

@zvaughn2712 Don't get me wrong. There's been some serious misses obviously like Kaiir Elam, Boogie. However, that wasn't even the player Beane wanted in that Draft. He wanted McDuffie but got leap frogged. Why have seen momentary progression from Groot, Ed, Bernard, Dorian W. Why is it DBs?

@zvaughn2712 but not the other keeps some level of continuity. Also, at a certain point when does it become that the scouting staff can identify good players but the coaching staff can't develop them?

@zvaughn2712 I think there's some validity to the fact that the consistent playoff shortcomings have really worn on the roster. It felt like there was a worn down this to this team that we had not seen before which is why I think change was necessary.
