ππΌ Thrilled to see 7 @U18North players get into the πΉ@EngCountiesU18 Squad! Class people & performers - well done! 3 also in the shadow squad...
Always tough for some equally deserving boys not make the squad - proud of the whole group!

Always believed that cup competitions where amateur teams can test themselves against and aspire to be pro teams, is a bastion of Great Britishness! Long live the Challenge Cup

@ek_rugby@SixNationsRugby It's always hard when you try and do things the correct way and get nowhere!
Hopefully, the right person @SixNationsRugby will pick it up and be able to help...
Congratulations to TWF clients @CrossHeathSport U14's who were triumphant in their @YRFU_Official Schools Cup semi-final against Ripon. Special mention to Fin Hill for his length of the field wonder-try!

Which pays off more - working hard to get behind the ball before resting or letting the outside backs rule the roost for a couple of plays? Should you always expect the unexpected..?
@AdamHigson1 of @LeighCenturions capitalises on a mistake to notch up his second try of the match
@FCMonkey1982@hullfcofficial@hullkrofficial It's a discussion point. What I find though is that penalties in neutral areas tend to promote teams to attacking areas. It's not uncommon for players to give away 'tactical' penalties on goal line to reset the defence or to slow play down.
@FCMonkey1982@Airlybird@Stilts84@hullfcofficial@hullkrofficial I don't disagree! I'm just trying to remember the last time I saw (from a goal line defensive error so as to start on goal line) a penalty on the last, followed by a penalty on the last followed by a try, also on the last....
@TooScary1 Giving an easy get out to attacking teams from their own 20 isn't mythical! And there's also the reason the refs are giving them.
But it is pretty linear...if KR would have defended their line, they would have won.
