@RoryDuncan1966 I have noticed that people don't like buying old houses.They prefer modern houses and estates living.I have seen houses that are still on the market for a year and they keep reducing the price and no one is biting. I like old houses because the have a bit of history.

@eNCA Power outages that take days to repair,Shortage of water, potholes and dirty CBD.Don't fix Joburg issues for G20 delegates but for residents who live and pay rates plus taxes to have a functioning City.Those delegates will come and go.
