What even is RWAFi?

#RWAFi = Real-World Asset Finance.

Basically: take something that exists off-chain (a bond, a building, a loan, gold in a vault) and put a token on-chain that represents a claim on it.

Why bother? Because once it's a token, it can move like crypto — instant settlement, 24/7 markets, fractional ownership, composable with DeFi (lend it, stake it, use it as collateral).

Simple mental model:
Real asset → legal wrapper (SPV/trust) → token on-chain → you hold the token, the token holds the claim.

The "Fi" part matters too — it's not just tokenization for a certificate, it's tokenization so the asset can actually be used in financial products. That's the whole unlock.
