@OttSchoolBus Respectfully, where in Ottawa was this assessment conducted? I didn’t see a plow in the West End until around 07:30. Parts of 417 + some main arterial roads still snow covered at 09:00 🤷‍♂️

What is @OttSchoolBus criteria for calling a “snow day” vs. having vehicles running?

@AlgonquinSA FYI not sure if hours of operation sign for Starbucks in E building needs to be updated or not…..sign says 10-4 Sat/Sun, but security gates all closed up around 12:30/13:00 🤷‍♂️

Lots of 417 overflow traffic in spots along SJAM Pkwy. (including e/b transitway backup onto the parkway).
Oddly enough, some construction zones are clear but no visible @Nat_Div_RCMP @rcmpgrcpolice @OttawaPolice to deter speeding on/near parkways…..

@OttSchoolBus I’ll give a special shoutout to 🚌 drivers who take on extra routes. Especially those on @CTSO_BUS routes & squeeze in @OttSchoolBus routes (and vice-versa) to help ensure kids get to school, even if it is a little later.
