The Trump Administration is spending millions to deport migrants WITHOUT criminal records to a prison in El Salvador. Some were even legal migrants. They're just rounding people up based on the color of their skin.

Texas Republican bill would make being transgender in Texas a felony.

HB 3817 would charge transgender adults with "gender identity fraud"—a felony with 2 year jail sentence.

A person could not identify as transgender in "verbal or written statements" to their employer or any governmental entity.

So far this year, Texas lawmakers have introduced nearly 170 state bills targeting LGBTQ+ people.
