It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our father, Larry Fitzgerald Sr. A devoted father, husband, grandfather, and a true pioneer in the Minnesota broadcasting community, he spent his life pouring into the people and the city he loved so much.

He left us peacefully this afternoon, surrounded by his family and the people who loved him most.

We are so grateful for the incredible care and kindness shown by the team at the University of Minnesota Fairview Southdale Hospital during this time.
We ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate these first difficult days.

Il y a quelques mois, alors que j’étais invité à déjeuner chez Rudy Gobert à Minneapolis, j’ai pensé naïvement me retrouver seul en face à face avec lui.

En réalité, nous étions près d’une dizaine à table avec son fils, ses deux assistants personnels, son préparateur physique, son chef cuisinier, etc…

J’ai découvert que l’intérieur français investit en fait des centaines de milliers de dollars chaque année au service de sa performance, avec une équipe de collaborateurs dédiée qui l’aide à rester au meilleur niveau, malgré ses 33 ans.

Je lui ai proposé de me présenter ces protagonistes un par un. Le résultat est à lire dans le journal @lequipe du jour, et en ligne grâce au lien en commentaire.
