During our conference we heard how stress can be addicting. Since I’ve been on vacation I’ve been relaxing and noticing I’ve been getting horrible headaches. Am I getting withdrawal headaches from not being so stressed out?

There are people you love that are going through something you don’t even know about. Make sure you check in on your people and let them know that you are there for them when it’s good and when it’s bad. Make sure they know when they feel hopeless, they have someone to talk to.
