🚨DONT SHIP WITH UPS 🚨

I spent all day yesterday and most of the today calling @UPS and they said that they had the discretion to dispose of my package due to them damaging it and they didn’t need to inform me of it cause it’s in there terms of service that’s lies!

There terms do grant them some discretion to dispose of shipments but that is either for prohibited shipments or deemed abandoned shipments after multiple notifications which I didn’t get any!

In those situations, the company is allowed to make a decision about the package without further input from the shipper.

But In my case, my PC was neither prohibited nor abandoned.

I wasn’t notified or asked what i wanted to do before the package was dispatched for processing by a third party for disposal.

I wasn’t given photos of the damage they acted in this way in less than 24 hours of the damage being done and only said the glass shattered this is absolutely unacceptable.

Creators and people who use PCs if you ship with UPS they can do this to you and will throw away your pc without letting you know and not pay you for the full price it share this post around as people should be aware of this.

@UPS you were in charge of my property and took it and made a choice to dispose of my property without my expressed consent I demand to speak with someone who will help me either get my pc back in what ever shape it’s in or get full reimbursement on the cost of my pc!

Please share this post around everyone we need to make UPS and others who use this service aware of this practice of throwing away peoples property and livelihood I won’t let it pass and I will be heard!
