Happening Now: Debate on SB 16, Banning Critical Race Theory (CRT) in Higher Ed.

SB 16 prohibits faculty from compelling students to adopt a belief that any race, sex, or ethnicity is inherently superior to any other race, sex, or ethnicity.

This bill encourages thoughtful debate while protecting a student’s right to hold his or her own beliefs.
