13 Days.
Since I first reported documented Guest Safety concerns to Airbnb.
12 Support Representatives.
The same documented facts, evidence, and timeline repeatedly explained—without resolution.
4 Specialized Team Members.
Multiple case transfers, duplications, and closures without substantive assistance.
3 Supervisor Escalations.
No timely or meaningful resolution despite repeated requests.
2 Refund Determinations.
Despite Airbnb confirming verified policy violations, I have not received an explanation for
• How the evidence was evaluated.
• How the refund was calculated.
• Why the documented Reservation Issues did not warrant adequate and equitable relief.
1 Question.
Is it Airbnb’s standard practice to verify policy violations while declining to explain how its published policies were applied to the evidence?

@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp Severe fire & health hazards reported on Tuesday (Case A117335124). Senior support manager clocked out & left it unresolved. Reply to my written thread NOW. #Airbnb#CustomerService#Safety
@Colby_Keeling Agreed. The time spent in the moment focusing on how a song makes you feel, what memories it may bring up, all of your attention given to enjoying the sometimes hypnotic, sometimes hauntingly beautiful voice singing for everyone. Phones will never capture those moments.
Prior to COVID I thought I was bulletproof, I would put every horrible incidence at work in my private black box in my head and on to the next pt. For real it has been a LONG 3 years for Frontliners and I speak only for myself but I am tired and need to make self care a priority.
Self care is an important part of mental & emotional wellness. Many nurses work long hours & finding space and time for self care with complicated schedules can be difficult. What can self care look like for nurses? #NursesMonth#MentalHealthAwarenessMonth https://t.co/Xar7NDUa8q
