@Brian383853567@AzureLain@cjcdrakeprior So, you are definitely not a shareholder. You will act like this when it’s $5 so get the fuck out of here. Everyone that is a legitimate shareholder has put you, Westin and anyone else that is pathetic.
@Brian383853567@AzureLain@lecrank73@cjcdrakeprior Jesus Christ SHUT, THE, FUCK, UP. You are like that annoying child that won’t shut their mouth and let the grown ups do grown up things. Are you fucken blind or what? 🤣
@pimpraccoon@SeanZachar37900@cyblforlife@Dr_Jamaloodeen@JoePDM1 Is that all you got? You’re the one talking shit of the CEO of the company. Talk about a fucken creep. Like you could do any better. Yet here you still are holding onto shares. I don’t need a wife to be telling me what to do. Cause apparently you let yours make decisions for you.
@aplaceroftiles@Brian383853567 Jesus God help him. He relies on standard Ai for his thinking and can’t use his own brain to think, very sad to say the least.
@SeanZachar37900@pimpraccoon@cyblforlife@Dr_Jamaloodeen@JoePDM1 Raccoon had that coming for a long time! He was banned from BOTH discords cause both him and his wife are like peas in a pod and thought the same way, no brains of how this company works and therefore shouldn’t even be invested here! Yet here we are. I have screenshots 🤣
Selling 80% of your position before the major catalysts hit, then keeping 20% “to see what happens” is certainly a strategy 😂
This is why actually following the DD matters. If $TXTM does what management has been laying out, that 4M is going to be one hell of a hindsight lesson.
@cjcdrakeprior@PatrciaJames98@Doughboy5531 I just wish they would sell their last 1M shares and stay the fuck out so they aren’t a part of what’s going to happen. I despise people that benefit off things like this when they are emotionless and so t even have a thought process.
@GuyEnfield31944@Brian383853567@eazye868 Brian doesn’t know how to read and is a complete 🤡 idiot that thinks like a child. It’s pretty sad actually. But it is what it is I guess.
Solid, in-depth roadmap update from $TXTM today. More detail on the audits, uplist, tokenization, ABSA, Canada and the broader capital markets strategy.
Looking forward to the inter-quarter filing and any additional LOI/M&A details when they’re ready. 💥
PROTEXT MOBILITY ADVANCES IFRS AUDITS AND GLOBAL UPLIST ROADMAP, HIGHLIGHTING EXISTING ASSET VALUE, FOREIGN-EXCHANGE POTENTIAL, INSTITUTIONAL CUSTODY AND INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE VALUE
PROTEXT MOBILITY, INC. | OTCID: TXTM | SEPTEMBER 2026
$TXTM | THE ROADMAP IS MOVING.
IFRS. GLOBAL UPLIST. ASSET VALUES. FOREIGN EXCHANGE. SVLT. ABSA. BRICS. ESG. INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL MARKETS.
OUR AUDITORS RECONFIRM: NO OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTATION IS OWED BY THE COMPANY.
To our shareholders and prospective investors:
PATIENCE. GRATITUDE. UNITY. EXECUTION.
ProText Mobility, Inc. is pleased to provide a further progress update concerning our international financial reporting programme, institutional infrastructure and global uplisting strategy.
Our roadmap extends far beyond our current trading venue.
We are developing an internationally connected enterprise supported by independently valued assets, proprietary technology, real-world asset tokenisation, institutional banking relationships, transparent financial reporting and international capital-markets access.
Today, we are pleased to report further progress against that roadmap.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. OUR IFRS AUDITS: AN IMPORTANT MILESTONE
Our independent auditors have reconfirmed that no outstanding company documentation is currently owed.
Our 2024 and 2025 IFRS audits have reached their concluding phase, with final independent testing and audit procedures ongoing.
Subject to satisfactory completion of those remaining procedures, we anticipate receiving our completed audit reports shortly.
IMPORTANTLY, TXTM ALREADY HAS AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2022 AND 2023.
Completion of the current programme will extend our audited financial reporting history to four consecutive financial years.
Our previously audited financial statements establish an existing financial reporting foundation, incorporating asset values supported by independent valuation.
We are building upon that foundation.
THIS IS NOT THE BEGINNING OF OUR ROADMAP.
THIS IS ITS CONTINUED EXECUTION.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
2. BEYOND OTCID: VOLUNTARILY BUILDING INTERNATIONAL CREDIBILITY
There is an important distinction that every existing and prospective shareholder should understand.
THE INDEPENDENTLY AUDITED IFRS PROGRAMME WE ARE UNDERTAKING EXCEEDS THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF OUR CURRENT OTCID MARKET.
Under OTC Markets’ Alternative Reporting Standard, qualifying OTCID companies can provide financial statements prepared under US GAAP or IFRS without a general requirement to obtain independent financial statement audits.
TXTM has nevertheless voluntarily undertaken this programme.
WHY?
BECAUSE WE ARE PREPARING FOR WHERE WE INTEND TO GO, NOT SIMPLY WHERE WE TRADE TODAY.
International Financial Reporting Standards provide a globally recognised framework supporting financial transparency, consistency and international comparability.
Independently audited IFRS reporting is intended to strengthen institutional credibility, facilitate international due diligence and support our preparations for an uplist to a regulated exchange.
We are investing in the financial reporting infrastructure of our future.
But there is another potentially important financial dimension.
ASSET MEASUREMENT.
