@LlamaTheDuck@AaronSiriSG If you were running any other kind of research study, it should be something like a saline injection — using another vaccine shouldn’t count because it also has adjuvants, incorporating the assumption the adjuvants are safe, thereby removing the ability to stratify the variable
@British_Airways the stroller policy against travel strollers is #AntiMom, if I can only have an umbrella stroller for my baby who can’t sit up, how can I travel alone with my baby and carry her and our carry-on luggage?
Might miss out on having my daughter’s first Christmas matching family PJs because @UPS failed to deliver on time yesterday and I leave for the airport this afternoon (I even paid for faster shipping to account for the tight schedule) 😭😭 #UPSStoleChristmas
@DeaceProducer When the SEC gets to 16 teams, probably by 2026, they will split into two divisions — but Southeast Conference East/West is a clunky name - it will instead be the SEC and SWC. So, Texas, OU, Texas A&M, and Arkansas will once again be members of the Southwest Conference.
@Jane__Norman Within the first few days is higher risk within that larger frame, especially if a fever is induced or he becomes overheated/sweaty during that time. That’s what could create this situation presented with the keratinocytes and ACE2 between individuals
@Jane__Norman If it is within the 15 day window immediately after, when the titer is high, it may be prudent to be more cautious. Afterwards, shouldn’t be of concern when it’s not circulating at high amounts.
@onemadmudder@singingcath@P_McCulloughMD The spike protein circulates in the body for approx. 2 weeks post-injection. Based on the posit from Liu et al. 2020 it could be theoretically possible then, but still unknown if it does though. Children have high t-cell immunity, he’d likely have little/no response whatsoever
@onemadmudder@singingcath@P_McCulloughMD Studies would have to be conducted to confirm/negate, of course, but from the literature and my anecdote, that would be my hypothesis
