21, at least. You can’t buy cigarettes at 18, buy or consume alcohol, get into a 21 and over club. Hell, you can’t even join a dating site at 18. Society has said you were an adult at 18, that started with war, and drafts, had to be 18. So many children have died over the centuries in combat, but they were deemed adults by their governments…so they could fight. Young and able bodies(not minds).
@SpicyDollarMenu@TheBlackChannel After their brain is fully developed at least. That’s why they got juvenile facilities…for kids. High school opposed to College. Fortune 500 company, and Burger King.
@cptgrumpus@SpicyDollarMenu@TheBlackChannel Um, I never said they were the same or weren’t different. I said their brains were underdeveloped all 3 of them. And all 3 of them acted as children and not adults.
I’m not in any way shape or form defending him or his actions. I’m explaining that all 3 of these kids were kids. That’s all I’ve been saying all night lol. All 3 of them. And that’s part of the problem AND solution. Knowing, understanding, and coming to grips that are. And if you don’t like him that fine. But love the two brothers enough to acknowledge that they are children, thought like children and, committed childish an act, and put their hands on another human being.
@SpicyDollarMenu@TheBlackChannel A trespasser? He’s a kid that went to go say what’s up to another kid he knew 😂, a trespasser, like he was on private property 😂.
@SpicyDollarMenu@TheBlackChannel And that goes for ANYONE who puts their hands on someone, they should be smart enough to know it’s not acceptable. But as I mentioned, even the child that touched the other child had a child’s mind. So he acted in a manner in which a child would act.
@ItsVectar@TheBlackChannel One of the babies, so you’re admitting that they’re all babies, and that a baby took a life. A baby took a life, a baby doesn’t fully comprehend what it’s doing.
These are our children, all of them, all 3. They deserve better than what we’ve given them. Their minds aren’t even fully developed as of yet, underdeveloped brains. It’s a scientific fact. How can you sentence a child, with a child’s brain as an adult, with an adult brain? Kinda makes no sense. Sentence him as a child. He didn’t chase the victim down and slaughter him. He acted out of fear, which was wrong in itself. He shouldn’t have had to act in such a manner. And as for the poor and unfortunate other child that lost his life, he should’ve went to a coach and explained the situation, instead of touching anyone. Both of them should’ve went to an adult and explained what was transpiring. Before things escalated to the degree in which it had escalated to.
