@adamtaggart Make sure you take lots pictures of each room when they are wiring it up. It will save you tons of headaches if you ever need to add outlets or know where water lines are etc. then file them. It’s saved me!

@adamtaggart It’s low quality crude with a high acid value which eats up the steel in refineries. Hopefully we can make it work, we do with Canadian crude. But I don’t think it’s as great a prospect as they’re touting.

@GeorgeGammon I think the car insurance CPI is correct. I was paying $1,800/6 months for myself, wife and daughter. I added my second daughter and expected the rate to increase. It actually dropped to $890/6 months for everyone. The only explanation I received was “ the bean counters update”.
