"My parents have been married for 75 years but few have noticed. Most of their friends have died. I contacted 6 local news stations and the Union Tribune newspaper giving details so they could do a story on their lives. Not one response from anyone. I think living into your 90's and staying married 75 years is quite an accomplishment. If you agree, please like and share my post. I want to show them people do care."

Weโre now at a point where we can introduce a dedicated school bus system designed to truly benefit our students. This system will be a joint effort between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Transport, with the Jamaica Urban Transit Company handling maintenance. Importantly, the Ministry of Education will fund the full subsidy for PATH students, and the same school rules will apply on the buses to ensure discipline and safety.
For too long, rural families have shouldered a heavy burden with high transportation costs compared to their urban counterparts. This new system will help reduce that gap by making travel to school more affordable and reliable, while also improving studentsโ punctuality and reducing exposure to negative influences.
The buses will operate cashless, and there will be school-appointed supervisors on board to maintain order. With advanced tracking technology built into each bus, parents will be able to see in real time where the bus is, its speed, and how far it is from school, all through an easy-to-use app.
