@CripsyAU Easy fix for all the problems, make passing 100x better, and up the effects of endurance. No player should be able to dribble on a sprint for more than 8 sec and not feel effects. Would be interested to see distance covered for a player in fifa.

My players made some poor decisions last night on social media. So they won’t be on it for a while. They cannot currently do media interviews. They will undergo social media training during their ban. Here are 10 things I told them that I hope they learn from this experience.

@agoodcoach Maybe ask them what their goals are as individuals and as a team, and then apply those within your sessions. Maybe it won't translate to wins or good play right away, but you are building a foundation of trust between your players and yourself.

@camilosperanza Biggest reason why I lose interest in the idea of coaching at the youth level long term. Everyone has their own pathway or wants thier own academy. Just coach and be a good influence for kids.
