@clayharbs82 Poles hired Eberflus 48 hours after he was hired. Looking back at it, it seems it was a forced hire. That whole process seemed strange since ownership was interviewing coaches and potential GMs at the same time
@ErikLambert1 There is that. If somehow Fields plays great but the defense blows a few games to keep them having two top 5-10 picks, I’d hope he keep one to draft a blue chip prospect and trade the other. I guess it depends on how deep the draft is
@ErikLambert1 If we see this version of Justin Fields (and I genuinely hope we do, been a fan of his since day 1), if the Bears still end up with Carolinas pick being top 5, not sure if they should trade out. Need an edge rusher or LT.
@olin_kreutz What do you think of that last series Olin? With all the timeouts and the 2 min warning I thought they could have gotten into field goal range at least. Especially with all the timeouts
@Jason1Goff If the game plan going forward is going to look similar than this and the Bears actually start winning games, the coaching staff should not return next year. This is how you use all of Fields skills and make him feel comfortable.
Maybe I am feeling greedy but 2:29 left in the half with all your timeouts and the 2 minute warning should ended in something better. Not sure what the coaches were trying to do…#Bears
@Starbucks is there an issue with the app? I just received a notification saying my order is ready but I did t order anything. Few other folks I know this happened to them as well.
@jayzawaski quick question on the Blackhawks, and I didn’t really pay attention to the trade deadline. After being award the #1 pick in the draft, does it make sense for them to bring back Kane in the offseason? I don’t think they will, but figured worth asking.
@kevsullytalks It would be funnier if the Jets trade away some of their younger guys who are more athletic than these older guys all so he can play with his buddies
@markgrotesports@chicago_gabe Packers will probably get first rounder this year, next years, plus 25 second rounder plus a player. Better question, what happens to that receiver room since Rodgers wants to play with his buddies? Would any available for trade?
@markgrotesports I with you. Thanks to twitter characters limit. My trade scenario would include picks next year. From Houston, the Cleveland first round pick and fourth. From Seattle their first or second plus a third.
Hi @markgrotesports! Been keeping up with your Combine coverage, any scenario coming through where the Bears trade down with Houston and Seattle to end up with 3 first picks this year and 3 second rounders? 1 for 2, 12, 34; 2 for 5, 20, 38.
@MattSpiegel670@chicago_gabe if the Bears end up with the number 1 pick, as fans we should hope Seattle is the team that trades up. They have 2 first rounds picks and 2 in the second this year. Get two 1s and a 2 plus whatever else they can get
